Wheel Bearing

i wasnt sure were too put this thread..... i have sold my ranger and now have an explorer and i am having a problem hope you guys can help!

when i jack my truck up the tire will shake like its not tight i am thinking it that the wheel bearing is not tight enough the nut that you screw on to hold the wheel bearing in than put the magnet key in! i do not have a torque wrench so i cant torque it and i was wondering if this nut should be TIGHT TIGHT! i just dont want to break anything
