A Solid axle D44 is a D44, meaning that any complete D44 outers will work on that axle. You just have to figure out what bolt pattern you want. 5,6 or 8 lug. Im sure there is a mix match of parts you could use to convert to disks but it would most likely be alot easier to just rob everything from the knuckles out off another axle (including stub shaft).
