Craigslist find HELP!!

I found a 1998 Ford Ranger on craigslist. I currently own a 1999 2wd Ranger but want to get a 4x4.

The ranger I found is a 1998 Ford Ranger Super Cab 4x4 with a stepside bed. 5 speed. New 4.0 liter engine appx. 1 year ago. (he said it has about 80k and 220k on the body) New clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing. The truck has new brakes and drum/rotors on all 4 corners. A new solid, adjustable aluminum rear differental cover is also been installed (On stock gears). All new front suspension parts and front hubs. This truck has a 3 inch body lift and a 4 inch suspension lift professionally done by Drivelines Plus. The Cooper Discoverers 35/12.50-15 have appx. 1000 miles on them. Has a new stainless Bull bar on the front with a 20 inch LED light bar.

Is this a good deal for $7,000. It will be my daily driver and want to make sure it will be reliable. Can someone please help me!!! Thanks.

The seller is adding in all of his mods on top of the book price. Book price like said is probably 3-4000 and thats probably on the high side.

Not to beat a dead horse but, I've never heard of anybody getting back what they have in their modded vehicle, however, like the old saying goes " theres a sucker born everyday.
