2002-2004 4x4 Rangers with 50k-99k run between 10k and 14k. 10k being private sale with a dinged up body, 14k being from the stealership. $12,500 is a good starting point, especially on CL.

yeah the price isnt that bad, for one you expect asking price to be a little high, but even so, not a bad price for the mileage and the mods put into it, with the right buyer I could definitely see 10k.

Where did you get your info from? Most online resources wont be accurate. It differs due to the area and the need for the vehicle and also how bad the person wants it.
