If you had asked me a year ago I would have had one for ya with 56,000 easy miles on it. Unfortunately I figured no one would want it so it took a trip to the scrap yard.

FWIW my 2001 8.8 28 spline L/S has had zero problems and still grabs like it's locked. Even with 70,000+ miles. It'll burn the mostly new mud tires I have on dry pavement and leave two nice blackies as long as I want.

It's still no locker. Not reliable like a locker either.

Well that's a no brainer. It suits my needs quite well and you can't tell it's not a locker in every situation I've been in so far. I still don't know why, but I was trying to pull a stump in 4H, on dry pavement and I left four THICK blackies on the road. My buddy was watching and said both fronts were spinning the entire time? I still don't get it, but oh well.

Sorry for the threadjack OP, I hope you found your carrier.

GB :)
