C4 BELLHOUSING FOR A 2.3 4 CYLINDER

This is an automatic bellhousing for a Ford C4 tranny to go behind a 2.3L 4cylinder engine. It is a fairly rare item. Part# D42F 7976 AA I have a brand new flexplate (flywheel) also.
I'm asking $250 for the bellhousing and $35 for the flywheel. Thanks for looking!
