Front and rear diff to fit 4:56+ gears - PA

I am looking for a front diff for my 01 ranger, no gears. I am hoping to find one to re-gear to 4:56 gears. I am also looking for an empty rear diff as well for the same thing. I am looking for someone local, shipping will kill me.

Depending on your location and whatnot, Ive got a junk yard that has that stuff for like 150 bucks a piece. You gotta pull it though

I think Matt (seed60) still has his front diff with 4.88's for sale but I could be wrong. He is in NC though.

It's MUCH cheaper to find an axle already geared too. The prices would work something like...

Junkyard front axle: 150$
(+) axle regard at a shop: 1000$
Buying someone else's already geared axle: 200-300$

In Alaska getting my rear geared was 1300$, sucks
