Want to Buy: Knock Sensor 1986 Ranger 2.9L

A quick look at my local Autozone website gave me bad news that this wasn't available...
But...
It gave me OEM part numbers.
E67F-12A699-AA sold on Amazon:
and this.
E6TZ-12A699-A (probably translates to the one above per this Rock Auto list both part numbers on this page https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=934412 )
Don't give up so easily.

Ford lists the P/N as E3ZZ-12A699A. What I have been finding is the available P/N's I have found so far have a larger course thread attaching stud than the original.
Rock Auto only wanted $16 including tax and shipping so I will post the results when it gets here.
Thank you.

A Knock sensor is like a microphone, computer monitors it for SPIKES, i.e. a ping/Knock
You may want to try another style of knock sensor, Ford uses these now: https://www.ebay.com/itm/6E131-KNOCK...-/152274648739
They bolt to the block so you can match threads and bolt length as needed.
