Pulling Fenders and Bedsides?

I just was wondering about pulling the front fenders and bedsides...is it possible to pull the fenders? I've seen bedsides done, but haven't seen anyone do the front fenders. I was looking at fibreglass fenders, but don't want a 4" bulge, only around 2" and have yet to find any that small online, if anyone knows of a company that does them, or someone that has pulled their fenders or even info/how to that would be very appreciated!
thanks

3" is still a little more than I wanted, I saw a company has 2" but they dont have any pictures of it installed, and now the company has slipped my mind...
