so guys, i love the look of the crhrome badges you see on the newer rangers. will they work on my 1994 XLT?

 

Yes. LoneRanger93 had them on his 93 Ranger.

Sometimes I wish I had 4wd. Only a manual t-case though no electric crap!

 

yeah i have been searching for one, its funny, the guy i bought the truck from put manula hubs, but not a manual t-case. but the electric one hasnt failed on me yet

 

Dude I would so swap you emblems but I don't think you have the ones I want... the ones I'm looking for are like '01-'05 I think?? The old style but in chrome...

I say swap for the 06's. They look great on any Ranger.

 

Your fenders are almost identical to the new Rangers. I think the emblems will even work on Gen I and II's

93-05 Emblems are the same.

What do you mean will they work?? it's a sticker on the outside of your truck man....

 

i dont know if they use holes like on the tailgate, i dont want it to look half a$$

 

All 93-05 XLTs have RANGER with XLT under it. Edges, some bare bones trucks (XL), maybe 98-00 sports? have just RANGER.

 

It has holes, but the new emblems will cover it. 93 to current use the same holes. Its impossible to half *** it.

 

I'm pretty sure they use the same holes but either way the new emblems are BIGGER than the old one so you're good to go... I have a new emblem not on a truck... come to Seattle and I'll show you

Haha... I've been north... usually don't go further than exit 212 on I-5 but I have been known to venture to Bellingham... I'm trying to get to a Stave Lake meet in BC... you should hit one of those up...

 

The mold, yes(with differences in XL and XLT and I think i've even seen SPORT on older models), but finish, no.

01-05 have CHROME lettering. COULD be 98-05. 00 and older or 97 and older emblems have a 'brushed aluminum' finish.
