Bake 'em apart and re-seal them.

I had one of my corners do that... I took it off, pulled the bulb out and let it dry out. Once it was dry I just put another thin bead of silicone around it and it's been fine since.

I noticed that on my passenger headlight as well, it evaporated but I'll reseal it soon.

i wouldn't bother baking it again. Just take black RTV and spread it around the line where the lens meets the housing.

Been a month?!??? Any condensation built up inside during the process should have worked itself out of the housings. My housings after projector swap had similar condensation build up...and it disappeared after a couple weeks..

Might consider re-sealing them. If sealed with silicone, baking isn't needed....just a flat head screw driver is needed. That or spooging new silicone on the outside ring.

Yeah I did them in early April and it is sealed with clear silicone. Should I let it dry upside down overnight?

I havent baked my headlights, only have HID, and my drivers side lens has moisture in it, I reseated my bulb just to make sure that wasnt it but I dont think it is.. I am tempted to take it to ford and have them look at the housing,

If all else fails, consider drilling a few 1/16” holes along flat of the bottom edge.

I know that is opposite of sealing it up but it worked in older gen vehicles and as I said, "if all else fails".
