I'm looking to buy a ranger, and I found a really nice one on kijiji that looks really good, except for the black plastic all over the bottom half. Is that stuff removable? I'm thinking it's probably not, but all the plastic just ruins the look for me

 

I posted this from my phone, and now I'm looking at it on my laptop and it looks like that's probably paint, not plastic molding. Can anyone confirm?
