2001 edge fog light removal

well when i bought the truck one foglight was taken out by a rock and the other the chrome portion was all flaked off so useless. Bought a new pair of ebay for like $34 with bulbs. Anyways looks easy 6 bolts both come out new ones in plug n play done. hell no. I managed to get one bolt out, other 5 are rusted into the blasted speed nuts and cant put any torque on them as the tabs that hold them in are molded to the plastic bumper...

I broke the already broken light out thinking I can get vicegrips on the speed nut to hold it while trying to get the bolt out (or break it off dont care) but not enough meat to grip with the vicegrips. Short of a dremel and 2 dozen cutoff wheels what else can i do? I may see if i can get the ol 3" cutoff wheel in there and cut the heads of the bolts off. Been soaking in Kroill for 2 days still no luck. For sure whatever i do once thier all out im gonna coat them in antisieze

Took a standard angle grinder and a 3" cutoff wheel to cut the heads of the bolts off and pry them out. Such a friggin pain. Partially melted the holes so had to up to a 5/16 speed nut and bolts. Thier in and tight enough.
FYI the factory ones are a 9mm or 5/16 washer head M6 x1.0 bolt and speed nut. Got the new pair of foglights with bulbs from ebay for $34 shipped.
