4 door ex cab rear door rattle fix
 

My 2001 4x4 ex cab right rear door was rattling bad on wash-board type roads.It was the lower part of the door where it locks to the little square sticker plate ,I could grab the lower part of the door ,pull in & out it was,, loose,, pretty sure that was the rattle ,So I started checking things out [compaired it to left side and found the rubber door gasket that goes the entire lenght of the cab opening ] the part where the door closes on was softer on the right side than the left ,The center was hollow on right rear ,,left rear was full of something like foam rubber ,So I took a cloth covered round bungee cord cut a 12" length a started stuffing it inside the gasket seal , I door closes thight and dont rattle yet,Hope this fixed it ,sure feels better... anyone eles found this yet or tryed it ,,,,
