Buying a grille this weekend from a member. I wanna put a new oval on it. i saw this light up oval at autozone made for a revciever. going to find a way to attach it to the grille. the logo is 8 3/4" so it will work. as for the lighing ill just run it off the parking lights. what do you all think

they made them in the 90's. i remember reading SPORT TRUCK magazine and i saw lightup bowties and ovals. they looked pretty good. go for it.

 

I'm pretty sure I've seen this exact thing done before, can't remember where though.

 

That should look pretty cool! I know years ago on Mustangs you could get a lighted pony for the grill.
