ABS not working how to disconnect

i have a Its a 2000 ranger 2.5l 4 cyl. 2WD

my ABS is making a click sound and it as been doing this whenever i come to a stop.
But when it rains or the hair is humid when i come to a stop the break lock up then release like the ABS thinks im sliping. So no one can seem to figure this out im not getting any codes or anything like that.
So i want to just disconnect it altogether im sick of it and its been like this for a year now.
Does anyone know how i can do this easy?

find your manual for your year and pull he fuse. done

I have same year, 3.0 2wheel, my manual says its the inside panel # 14 fuse

which is fourth row down, second column in from left
