local junkyard? most new roll bars start around $500 for a single/single, $600 for a double/ double.

If price is a factor then I would factor out them being anything but light bars and not "roll bars". I wouldnt want to rely on cheap fab in the case of a roll over.

I have come accross a couple custom shops, that build and ship custom light or roll bars. Either attaching into the bed of the truck or just on the rails.

This is the place that I liked the most, product looks good and multiple options. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for.
