Get the gallon. You wont regret it. The dupli-color bed armor kit doesnt have a pot life, so the leftover liner that you dont use, you can seal it up and use it again later on for something else.
I got the gallon, have done my rear rocker panel, and tailgate and still have PLENTY left.

The gallon of the roll-on kit can cover a 6ft bed (it calls for two or 3 coats I think)
A quart could probably cover that little space. Get a gallon and seal it (then turn the can upside down so that the fresh liner rests on the lid (so if there was any drying it would occur on the side of the can you do not use. Get a gallon but you will by no means need 2 gallons.

To the OP....
PREP PREP PREP. Make sure that you have prepped all of your surfaces properly.
Chrome bumper? Sand the snot out of it, and use a wire wheel if possible. Get some wax and grease remover. Yeah, the instructions say "ligthly scuff the surface" but I recommend serious sanding and cleaning for longer lasting adhesion.
