seriously, do a search for mods........there are so many mods floating around on here that the possibilities are endless......and are really up to you to decide...

yes it runs it had a lifter down so im fixin that now and ive added a set of whelen grill strobes(red/white) and red roof mini bar and 4 new tires so far.
i only gave $150.00 for it so i think i done really good i want a 5.0 or bigger but i cant keep gas in my 350 in the other truck so i think ill keep the 2.9 thanks for the ideas any others

I'll do you one better, a 351W bored and stroked to a 427!

But really, I would drop on a 5.0/5-speed and keep the rest looking mostly stock. You have to love a Sleeper.

You want more gas milage? Make your milage on that ranger even better. Install an electric fan. Make an intake and do an exhaust. If you don't want noise, you can get a quiet muffler for it instead. If you live in TN i'm sure the cops won't mind a mild exhaust system on a stock looking truck. Considering that it runs nice, I would do those 3 mods first. could probably squeeze out 2-3 mpg. These mods will make your truck a tad quicker too and easier to haul heavy loads. Tell us the plans for this vehicle and your wallet! Mild or Wild!

 

im planin an exhaust i already gasket matched the intake since its off any way until i can sell my other truck wallet is thin thanks for the help btw
