Bolt on Grill for 99?

Will this grill bolt on to my 99 Extended Cab without any major modifications? The top view on the website makes it look like the mounting holes are the same!

2004-2005 Ford Ranger Grille Assembly - Replacement F070171 - Chrome shell, argent insert, Plastic shell and insert, OE comparable, OE replacement

Thanks for any input!

Spence

not at that price, wow.. I bought that skimpy one piece 3 bar chrome grill from the dealer. It cracked the first time I closed the hood on it. There is just four sheet metal screws at the top of the grill and 4 small friction tabs near the bottom. I think the 05 models started with that grill. Its not worth $250.00

sorry, it took me to another page. The one I replaced was one piece. Much better looking then that black textured grill my truck came with. I entered my 07 and it said it wouldn't fit my truck. Why they made so many different types of grills on one truck is beyond me...

I like that style grille. Traded my 2wd one for a 4x4 one when I had my truck.

Even looks better like this.

the only difference I see is where your turn signals are at the bottom of the head light, looks a bit wider there then mine does.
