Bumper fitment question: 2002 Ranger bumper to a 98 Ranger

I have a 98 Ranger XLT 4x4 and wanted to know if I could bolt on a 2002 bumper with no issues? I assume I would have to swap the valence as well? Will the 98 grill still work?
