Bumper without fog lights

I have a 2007 Ranger, that didn't come with fog lights. I don't want fog lights. The front bumper comes with 'holes' for them, but has filler-blanks in them. The bumper is also all plastic, with no metal trim or paint on it. While there is nothing wrong with the bumper, I want to modify it such that the whole bumper is replaced with one that has no holes or any temporary 'fillers' for any fog lights. Just one continuous piece of plastic.

So, I am wondering here, what model year of Ranger (or related Mazda B series) came with fog light-less bumpers that didn't have a place to also put them. I know that most of the bumpers are two pieces, assembled together with rivets. I have actually seen some models with a one-pice bumper, not having rivets. Those may be after market fabrications.

But the question here is what models came with bumpers not having fog light holes, and; which model years were two-piece and one-piece bumpers?

I know too, that the bumper itself installs on the frame rail, so the previous questions would need the frame rail spacing considered. Thank you.

Have a look at LMC Truck

2007 Ranger Bumper page here: Truck Parts and Truck Accessories

Because Ford used filler pieces there may not be an option with "no holes"
