can i use a 01 grill on my 98
I am new to the forum and to a ranger, i was wondering if i can put a 01 mesh style grill in my 98 ranger. i know they are different but i maybe i could modify it tell me what ya think

ya you can if you change the header panel and hood also

You don't have to change the hood but you will have to change the header panel, headlights and corners.

Correct. You will need new header panel, headlights, corners. Hood and bumper can stay.

Wasn't there a guy who modified a honey comb to fit into a 98 grille? Also welcome to RF I'm in Gresham also.

^^ Yeah if you cut off the covers on the bottom you can mount it up to a 98-00 header panel.

That looks just like my truck O.o Like identical just cleaner and with honeycomb grille.

What grille is that from? The honeycomb is different from the 98-00 4x4 grille

The owner of that truck made it using the honeycomb section from a 2001-2003 Ranger Edge/4x4.
