cant directly answer your question, as I dont have the same side lights but at best guess, MAYBE...I have the 6" Hella 500s, and they are about 1/2" from the bars on either side...if that.
actual size is quoted at 6 and 3/8", obviously a tiny bit more with the covers snapped on, with the covers on they just clear the bars.
you can definitely do it if you put an adapter bar across the stock mounting tabs to move the lights inward a bit.
you can see how close the lights are in this bigger pic than my avatar...
I can go measure mine in about 1/2 hour when I get a break at work, and post here

I have about 1/2" between the side of the light with the cover on, and the bars upright, so I think the answer will be no on this.
