New Hood questions

does anyone know how hard it would be to change a hood, ie. could i do it by myself, do i need any special tools, any connections i need to work around?

my stock hood has a bunch of paint chips in the front that are all the size of a drop of water. it kinda looks like somebody dipped their fingers into a can of paint thinner and flicked it on my hood. instead of getting a lot of touch up paint i wanted to get a new hood anyway.

probably wont need anything special for tools

the only thing you will disconnect is the windshield sprayers and unbolting the hood from the hinge

I suggest two people.......as one person is nearly impossible. One on each side, both people starting the threads on the bolts/nuts. One holding while you're adjusting, etc...

take a sharpie and outline where the hing is on the hood b4 you remove makes lining it back up 100 times easier.
