Im going to get a price from the other place and go with the cheapest.
this will actually be for grill and lower valance inserts. I will post pictures during the project.

I didnt really want to go with stretched/pulled sheeting, everyone does that
I got the sheet in today and started working with it immediately.
$34.xx shipped for a sheet 36x48 unpainted aluminum !
its sturdy enough for what I want to use it for, yet easy enough to cut using my snips.
got the low part done and am taking a break before I start on the upper part.
how Im going to attach these is by cutting a slit on both inside edges to slide a tab that Im leaving on either edge of the insert. and using the small lip located in the middle of the grill for bracing it. also I gave it a little bend opposite how it will bend while in place, this should give it enough pressure to remain in place towards the middle, while I'll have it attached on the backside of the grill itself.
