exhaust help.....
the exhaust for all engines is pretty much the same I believe. I'm not sure on sizes but I do believe its got to be a 1/4 difference. As for where to look for them try out www.performancecenter.com
Nope...
Nope, it won't work. If your talking the entire exhaust system, manifolds and all, no. Summit Racing told me that the exhaust manifold for the 4.0 versus the 3.0 Ranger is that the 4.0 is about a 1/2 inch bigger all the way around. he also said that the piping used is the same size except the headers and Manifolds. Here's a Picture of my exhaust for the 3.0 V6 Ranger. The Headers and manifolds are stock but the rest isn't. You also need to give more info about your truck too.

That is a Flowmaster American Thunder 40 Series if you're wondering. I used a pipe that was on there from a previous exhaust system and cut the old muffler off and welded this in it's place. The size is Single inlet/outlet 2.25 inches(stock size pipe from the outlet to the tail pipe). It will sound good and have a deep tone but it won't be that loud. The other I had would set off factory car alarms and rattle the floor boards and drowned out my stereo at full blast. I have heard gibson and for me it didn't sound right, but others might like it. It depends on what your individual taste is.
