#2.. But I'm biased!

Incidentally, the wire light cover/guards over the lamps themselves are removable, at least they are on my Manik bar.

I actually bought the bar w/ the intention of loosing the lamp guards.. But then just about as soon as I got them off and stepped back from the truck I realized I really did like the look w/ them in place better..

Oh, and lights make a big improvement IMHO. Not to mention, suplemental high beams sure don't hurt..

Redneckstone 08-18-2005 05:33 PM

#1 or #3

BILLZFX4 08-18-2005 05:38 PM

I like #3, but would be very surprised if they made it for a Ranger.

#2
Makes the truck look meaner, and you can go around and literally push people around.
Bars are supposed to be big and bulky, that's pretty much the point of them.
Not that a broken headlight is a normal issue, but the guards can help.

What's the point of the other bars? not going to do much at all.

#1 is POOP

034x4 08-18-2005 09:11 PM

get #1 unless you hate ground clearance then get one of the other 2.

jrodhotrod 08-18-2005 09:15 PM

I <3 number 2.

Love the look, makes it look mean and appears to provide more function then number 1. Linky or more info on number 2?

#2 on my truck does have ground clearance issues for climbs and such, it's higher than the lowest point on the truck (rear diff or front suspension support), but I recently cranked my t-bars and gained 2", so that's not really a problem any more.
It's also good there, it protects the valence, or if you happened to get in a head-on-collision with a lowrider, it'd fix their hood and bumper a little.

Bigwill41 08-18-2005 09:19 PM

Waags are ugly....

I like number Two
