Front Hitch Installed
 

Well This is a picture of my new front hitch. It started out as a rear hitch. I cut it down. Cut a piece out of my front crossmember and welded it. Let me know what you think of it.

please tell me there is more than just that crossmember supporting that between the framerails.

Yeah thats not gonna be strong enough.

ya theres more behind the crossmember. You just cant see it from the picture. The tube from the hitch is welded behind the crossmember so I think it will be ok.
