ok so i looked around couldnt find an answer, but i am looking for how i can adjust the front fenders looks like someone tried lifting my truck in the wrong spot and made the buldge at the door area

unfortunatly im computer stupid but im looking for an adjustment behind the front tire on the lower portion.
