I'm sick and tired of this damn cheap ford bumper. The lower valence i cant afford to keep buying fog lights because they break when someone backs into me (the latest) or just playing in the mud. I'm looking to get rid of it but i wanna fill that with some nice "armor" let me know thanks everyone its a 2001 ranger edge 4x4 extended cab by the way

I know the feeling. A big f****** dog ran out in front of me and cracked the black plastic behind the valence and there went the fog light. It wasn't broke, just didn't work. That was when my truck was still under warranty, so they replaced the light without trying to find out what happened to it. I fixed the black piece with some epoxy. Now, I'm riding around w/a shattered foglight. I guess something hit it while driving down the street. It's all scratched up from off-road. I'm looking at adding a skidplate and taking the place of the foglights are going to be a pair of orr-road/driving lights. Go to fourwheeler.com and you will find a good example. Look under project vehicles and you will find project rangerunner. That's the set-up I'm talking about. It's something simple but....it looks better than a beat-up valence.

Same here, would a 93-97 ranger bumper bolt on to my 03 FX4? If so, does anyone have pics?
