the grille is definitely do-able by yourself... as far as taking it off goes, i didnt paint mine, i just bought a billet.

as for the tails, i got mine from www.stylinconcepts.com but other places you might wanna check are ebay, summitracing, dah... perhaps jcwhitney.

others will chime in soon enough. good luck with the hunt!

I just taped my grille shell up and the emblem and sprayed it with Fusion Satin Black... turned out nice. I wouldn't do blue, it would look funny-gay, not funny-haha...

Definately Black!
I just took mine off and painted it. Take all the little screws off the top.
Everything else is clips. The part surrounding the honeycomb and extending under the lights comes off with it. Start on one end and pull one clip loose at a time. The grille can then be seperated with a couple of screwdrivers. Just be careful and you shouldn't break anything.

I didn't want to mess with anyhting in there, so I just taped everything else off... cover the front of the truck in newspaper and sprayed a half a bottle on it...
