How much hot glue did you use? I tried that on mine and it worked for about a month but after it would just come off.

i didnt use hot glue on mine, used (3) #10 bolts, and fiberglass mat/resin. (about 1/2 qt) it should stay put alot better than with hot glue, mine is actullay 3 peices, 1 peice wouldnt go all the way across so i centered it and used the scraps cut-off to make ends, those are bolted to the center peice with 2 #10 bolts each side. i didnt trim them, just overlapped and lined it up. original sixe of the expanded metal sheet was 12"x24" heres a pic of the backside. i sanded it good before pouring in the resin, should adhere good.
