The info should be in the manual. IF you don't have it then go here: https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenan...ls/default.asp

Off topic but why do you have a cone in the back of your truck?

Just thought I would let you know so you don't look to noobish.:27: |
I've seen this one before.......
http://faqlight.carpassion.info/hl-aiming.htm 25ft away from a wall works great.....the back wall of a garage is even better...if you don't have it blocked by clutter. At that distance you can see where your headlights are aimed and adjust one or the other. I've used this method in the past for my cars, but I've never had to adjust the alignment with the Ranger. As the instructions with the attached URL are for a car, and go into WAAAAY to much detail and theory behind the way the alignment should be done........it's a pretty good guide to take as an example of the steps taken. |
every 25 feet it should drop 3 inches. an inch or two more if you are using HID's
|
What about left and right movement of the headlamp? I got the up and down figured. I havn't noticed the screw for the left and right movement. I'm talking about a 01-current headlamp.

Nevermind......figured it out today.....but i see no easy way to adjust those lower studs with the core support in the way.....probably gotta adjust it by taking out the lamp, adjust, reinstall, repete.
