I have a black XLT flareside, I want to get safari or waag bar (don't know exactly what the name is?) But the major question is what do you think looks better stainless steel or black? (i have stainless steel nerf bars, if that matter in terms of looks)

no, i dont have any pics. I think black would look better and i could always take the nerf bars off

 

You could also paint them black to match if you want to keep them on.

 

I like chrome..even better on a black truck.

 

chrome sometimes makes a truck look busy, ESPECIALLY when people dont know they've gone over board. just my 2 cents. black looks clean, no matter how much there is.

Since your bumper is already chrome I would go with black, it will help seperate the 2 and bring out the bar visually. If you had an EDGE model I would say go with the chrome, because they have the color matched bumper.

If your bumper is black go with chrome to match the step-bars, if your bumper is chrome go with black to bring the safari bar out.
