to get the new headlights u need to do a 01 front end swap witch you need the new header panel, grill, the 2000 bumper will line up and depending on what grill you go with you might have gaps with the grill and hood like i do on mine

and yes i belive you can put the stx bumper on your truck

Nick, its gonna take alot of work and money.

If I where you I would get on Ebay and just get a new set of headlamps and then the HID lights. They are gonna be cheaper and look great.

I put the 01-03 headlights, grille, and edge bumper on my '99 sport. It looks 10x better, but you do have to buy the new header panel. The header panel was like 50-80 bucks, I don't remember.

edit: I forgot to mention the reason I re-did my front end.
Hint: It was hard and pole shaped.

Not really, I rebuilt my front end which was the same thing in doing a swap in a hour. All the parts only cost me like $150 brand new, certifit ftw!

Tons of folks have done this swap. You need a headerpanel, headlamps, cornerlamps, grille, and some little odds and ends to attach grille tot headerpanel, and sliders to mount the headlamps to the header panel. You do not need to change hoods, as the same hood as yours also are on 01-03 2wd XLT's and XL's.
