Do these rangers come stock with the mirrors here?

It seems weird, and i don't recall seeing them this way, but this ranger was at my work today.

Yes those useless mirrors were stock at one time. My 91 had them.

It's close, but a little too far back. Mine is up towards the front just a little bit more.

I think he's talking about the placement of the mirrors, guys, not the mirrors themselves.

Now that I looked at my truck more, those are almost too far back.

My guess is body work was done to the truck, and they didn't take measurements on the door. I've NEVER seen a Gen 2 Ranger with the mirrors placed that far back.

My 90 model beater has them expect the are so loose they will not stay in adjustment.

Well I guess it's true things do get better with age?

The mirrors 2day are way better than what they used to be.

they didnt change the doors when they did away with vent windows, with vent windows they needed to be that far back

My mirrors are farther up. Just like the red 91 above.

I'm wondering if it was just a 89 and 90 thing.
