Help to install new front bumper

Icon5 Help to install new front bumper
Hey Guys and Gals,

Wondering if anyone knew how to remove and install the bumper brackets. They are the one in the link:

I don't know if it needs to be welded or what not. My original one got bend in an accident and i cannot bend it back properly.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
