Street scene hitch from summitracing.com

It is designed to sit behind the license plate on lowered drops, so it is 3 inches higher than a normal hitch. therefore with your body lift it will sit right where it is supposed to under your bumper.

or cut and reweld your current hitch.

It will work but still won't produce the look you want. Drive somewhere man it will be worth it. I've see that street scene and it doesn't look nearly as nice as the stocker modified a bit.
