back-up lights

back-up lights

I need ideas where to mount back-up lites. Post pics please

Off the side of the hitch like this...

why did you route the exhaust under the hitch like that?

It heats the receiver up in the Winter so he can swap from recovery loop to hitch ball easier without it freezing in.

It was easiest to install

Im tryin to think of ideas too. Tryin to think of hiding them with them bing visible same time idk. But anyone cut holes in. thE bumper and put them

Strap them to the axle.
Mount on frame.
Mount on mud flap bracket.

I like the axle idea. Gotta make sure ppl will see them duribg the day so it stays legal.

This is how I have mine set up. They are bolted to the side plates of the hitch.

Say im in a parking lot and backing up out of a spot or backing into one. Want people to kno so they can watch out. Wouldnt it be illegal not to have them?

That's what the reverse lights in your taillight are for? You aren't disabling those are you? You should really just put them on a separate switch so you can use them when you need them. Otherwise it will always be on in reverse, and if you just want them on the work back there or something, you would have to be in reverse to use them.

Well because i have a 99 i have three bulbs. I was plannin on getting the 06 tails and put the signal light where the clear lens is and relocate the reverse lights to there own aux light.

since i dont have a spare tire i mounted them to the underside of where the spare tire went cant be seen unless you have it on a lift.
