a unusual nightshade question

So yeah I nightshaded my tails...and got a little out of hand on the darkness....brand new set of tails at that
Im wanting to know
Can I just shade my clear off...then shade some of the night shade off to make them not as dark
I do I have to strip all the nightshade off and do the whole process over...
I bought 2 cans of nightshade just in case lol

They show up fine at night..but im worried about people seeing my brake lights and signal during the day.

DON"T PUT STRIPPER ON YOUR LIGHTS! It will melt and crack the plastic.
Use high grit sand paper, like 1000 and sand it off. then redo it.

Laquer thinner will work to remove the tint. DO NOT USE ACETONE! You WILL ruin those tails if you do.

Acetone is acid based. It will destroy your plastic. If you wanna see what i mean, go get some acetone and use it on some random plastic pieces, let it set. Even for a lil bit... You'll see what I mean.

It's all good man. Live and learn. That's what this forum is here for! Hopefully to fix mistakes and prevent them ya kno? lol

Yeah, make sure you use nothing but lacquer thinner, and rinse them off.
