ok so i just got hids awhile back. BUT i know there is a thing as to bright.. so here are my lights

i need new lens my lights are not like the reflectine kind.

 

Your photo has too much exposure, and this is not what your eyeball would see.

I have 8 HID bulbs between my 2 vehicles and I have never been pulled over for it.

but yeah you gotta ditch those old foggy reflective lens... swap to the "diamond clear" lens

 

just drive around in a busy area. if every 3rd vehicle is flashing you, your lights are aimed too high. if maybe one in 100 flash you, then your ok. also, if you see a cop, drive towards him. if they don't flash ya, your ok.

 

hid's are bright...we can't tell if they're 'too bright' or not. come on now...

hids are kickass and bright and i'd never go back to halogen on any vehicle i own.

 

What K are they?

 

It's probably not the camera, you just aren't setting it correctly. I am no expert at that, and I have no bragging rights. I suck at it too.
