Are 93-97 and 98-2011 Ranger beds interchangeable?

Are 93-97 and 98-2011 Ranger beds interchangeable?
Reason I was thinking they are different is that car-part.com (Hollander interchange) only shows 98+ as compatible which we know is different for the harness and lenses, so if you use your original harness and tails, will a 96 work on a 99?
