milky clear coat

ok so yesterday i took off my headache rack to do acouple more coats on...i did one and left and came bake and it said that if the other coats were not put on with in one hour of the previous one i have to wait 7 days...so i put it on cause im impatient. so yesterday i did 2 more coats of black and 2 coats of clear. put it on last night. so i guess i rained a little last night and i go out and all the spots where the water beaded up and sat there are milky. what should i do...am i gonna have to do another coat of black? thanks

Did you try washing/rubbing off those spots? May just have to do another coat.
