bumper gap

bumper gap

i have a 99 ranger and i have that eye sore of a bumper gap and i was wondering if anyone has anytips on how to eleminae this gap.

Loosen the 4 nuts that hold the bumper to the frame, push up on bumper, tighten bolts.


If that doesn't get it right enough for you, remove the bumper and enlarge the holes on the frame.

It makes it so much easier if you have another person to help out. Have them hold the bumper and you get down and losen and tighen the bolts.

If you dont have any help you could use saw horses.

make sure to not only line up the fronts, but also the sides.. good luck with this

thanks... this isnt the first time i have taken off this bumper...lol... damn buicks... i just never paid much attention to the gap i just made sure it wasnt crooked
