130vs150 KC lights?

hey guys, so this whole time i have been in germany i have been thinking i had 4 130 watts and 2 110 watts.. Well, i was going through some pics that my dad sent me when he got my parts in... i decided to take a closer look at the kc box.. and BAM..

150WAtts of pure KC POWER!! 4 of them!! and the 2 for the front bumper are 130watt driving lights.. the 150's are long rangers..

Nother question.. whats the difference between the driving lights and long rangers...?

The long range is a tighter beam thats thrown out longer. The driving lights beam is spread out a little more and doesn't reach as far.

you'll never be able to replace the bulbs with 150 watt bulbs. highest anywhere is 130.

^^ correct if you still own from they still have any replacement part just cant buy them new.. as a set...

atleast they have to keep it for 23 years after the last model being thats there warranty...

btw Terrence KC warranties bulb burn out so no need to buy anything just ship it back..

so if they still have the bulbs, why don't they also sell 150 watt daylighters along with the 130 watt ones?

Some guys were having problems with them being too hot and stuff. They have to still have the bulbs to honor the warranty.

The KC 150 watt Daylighter was discontinued....They do not have any more replacement bulbs for the 150 watt lights. I emailed the company the other day and asked about replacing one of my 150 watt Daylighters. Here is the email I sent and the reply I got back...

I have a set of KC 150 watt Daylighters that I received as a Christmas gift approximately 3 to 4 years ago. Since then one of the bulbs has burned out. I do not have a receipt for them since I got them as a gift and I was wondering if I can send the defective bulb to you to have it replaced under your warranty. It did not burn out due to misuse as I do not use them that often. I checked on the website to see if I could just purchase a replacement bulb, but I could not find the bulb under your replacement parts. The number is there,(2627), but you cannot click on it to order a new one. Please let me know about replacing it under warranty or buying a new bulb. Thank you....Sincerely, Dave Boyd.

2627 was discontinued. If you send back the bulb we will convert to a part#4213 lens/reflector and part# 2766 130 watt halogen bulb. If you want to make them the same, you can send back other light as well.
