Thinking of a Headache rack . . .

Im thinking of getting a Headache Rack that maybe extends to the tailgate with some bars along the top but all in square tube. I was thinking of getting something like this :

With the gap for my tool box - the reason for this would be to have more tie down points

I might add lights to the top of the headache rack as well
what do you guys think - would it look ok? can anyone photoshop something or post pics if you have seen something like this?

What do you guys and gals think?
Im also planning on lifting the truck a little higher and adding some 35's later on.

If you lift it, it'll look good. That, and they are a functional piece of equipment. We use the one on the shop truck all the time.

It would look ok if you got it done right, but don't get a cheap junk one.
