I need fender flares

I'm getting pulled over for no fender flares because atleast half of my tire is sticking out. ha. Anyways, i'm needing to cut my fenders to stuff 40's and I'm not sure what bushwacker cutout fender flares I need for the bigger than stock fenders. Any ideas? I called them and they couldn't suggest anything incase they were wrong. hmmm... I need atleast 4" ones but 6" would be alot better. I'm going to have them painted to match. Going on a 07' xlt ranger 4x4 non stepside bed with sas and 40's. ha

I looked on this site and it says the "cut-out" flares work from 93-09.

Bushwacker Ford Cut Out Fender Flares, Ford Cut Out Flares from Bushwacker

Oh, your truck looks bad *** man. I looked at the build thread earlier but didnt comment...I dont know how I missed it, but I forgot about you doing the SAS.

i think the cut out flares are designed to just do what they are called. you make it then cut for more room. then put on the flares

Well bushwacker said for them to fit, you only need to cut the bottom corners of your fenders a little bit.

DERRRRRR(to me, not you), I just realized that you stated you were cutting the fenders...Yeah, I dont think the bushwackers are what you want, I dont think they are true cut-out flares if I remember right. Your wanting to cut more than just the bottom corners right? I think the "cut-out" flares are designed for slight trimming...nothing major, I could be wrong though. I'm sure someone will know.

i kinda saw this comin ccause it happend to me alot.. thats why i got the cutout flares.. you can actually install them without any cutting, or you can cut a little bit and install.. or you can chop the hell out of em and install.. i cut them pretty far back on mine and moved the wheelwell back so the tire can flex up into it.. so the bushwackers are really the only option.. pm me if you need more help.. and i might be coming down to oregon this weekend for the OSU game so i could help out a little.

I think you're right. While it won't look like it belongs all that much, it is the MOST decent look you are going to get trying to cover the tires with the wider axles, in my opinion. They might not look too bad if you got rid of the body lift and threw bigger tires under there too, haha.

im gonna agree with ^^^^ take the bl off and throw on some glass fenders because a 6in fender flare is gonna look like *** but a 6in fiberglass flare fender will flow a little better but still may look out of place
i really dont know it your truck you decide
