painting flares

You know....good question because i want to do the same. I used Krylon Fusion satin black on my rear flares....too shiny, i need a flat black. I don't even know if Fusion has flat black. Krylon Fusion is the best stuff on plastic.
EDIT: Alrighty....Flat Black is avaliable with Krylon Fusion. From their site(minus the color list):

I used some spray paint from walmart the cheap kind and it has held up great. I have done much 4wheelin through some rough branches and stuff since getting it and I haven't seen any chip off. I do have two spots on my grill that have chipped but I think that is from stones on the road as I also have some of my hood paint that is chipped.
This is not a great pic but its all I have right now.
Here is a little better but not great. It is very dirty.

is that blue??
The main reason for painting my flares is that i hate the grey. I see a fx4, and want the black flares. then, i let a gypsy owned detail shop detail the exterior of my truck and they got the fender flares covers in wax....cant get it out. So painting here i come. I used fusion satin black on my grille....holding up GREAT!! I also used fusion satin black on my rear flares, hold up AWESOME, but too shiny for me. Flat black fusion will be my friend when summer/good hot weather comes.
