Try not to use heat when pulling it out. it will weaken the metal. For the bumper and stuff you can find new ones for a decent price on ebay

Someone has said to cut it out and weld in a new one is the best way.

I did about the same thing just with a pole. Pulled the crossmember back with a tractor and then got a new valance and bumper from Certifit. Not OEM quality but it worked for me, was probably around $110 for both.

If you want it fixed correctly your going to have to grind off the welds in the stock and then weld on a new one.

^ THIS.

Cutting and welding isn't the smartest idea in my book, All day everyday at work, i fixed cars that have been run into barriers and other things, we NEVER cut and weld them back together, we always pull them with a Frame rack.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't ever cut and weld, i've seen my old man do it time and time again with header panels and inner fenders, but never a bumper cross memeber.

I would find yourself some hardened steel chains, and figure out some way to pull that cross memeber back into shape.

Thanks!! Both of you. I think we are going to try pulling first and see how things fit..

Not to be a bother but the weld on the top of the frame to the crossmenber on the drivers side in pics 2 and 3 looks like it may have cracked ? It may just be something in the pic or my eye's but i would double check that weld quick. Other than that looks great.
